Company and personal information when ordering

For invoicing: When ordering product/s from us, we collect company and personal information (for example company name, first and last name, billing and shipping address and e-mail address) in order to complete the order and invoice for the product/s.

For sending newsletters: The e-mail address we collect when ordering is used to send out newsletters to you as a customer. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through the unsubscribe link that you find in each newsletter.

For use in our CRM: The company and personal information you submit will be stored securely in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and in our e-commerce platform to facilitate contact with you and your company, and to enable ordering of products.

How long we keep your information

We store company and personal information as long as you are a customer with us, or as long as applicable regulation requires, e.g. for accounting purposes.

If you are a customer with us, you can always request to see what company and personal information we have about you, including the information you have submitted to us. You can also request that we delete all company and personal information we hold about you, although this does not include any information that we are obliged to save for administrative, legal or security reasons.
